Almost 56 percent of women rely on coffee to rise and shine in the morning based on a recent survey of a thousand woman by Starbucks. The results are not at all surprising considering modern women are so exhausted with work, family and friends to juggle. But you don’t have to rely on caffeine to feel perkier in the morning. Try these tried and tested natural energy-boosting tips for a great start to the morning.
1. Let it shine

2. Jump out of bed right when you first wake up
